Arkiel Privacy Policy

Arkiel is a personal intelligence software product. It stores the authenticated user's Arkiel data in Supabase and may connect, with explicit user action, to external services such as Google Calendar and AI providers.

Money data

Arkiel's commercial Early Access product does not ask users to connect a bank account. Money context is entered by the user through planning balances, transactions or Arkiel commands. Historical founder-prototype imports may remain in the founder's private workspace.

Storage

Arkiel stores application data in Supabase. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security. Server-side secrets and connector credentials are not exposed to browser code.

AI

If AI features are enabled, selected Arkiel context may be sent server-side to the configured AI provider to answer the user's request. Arkiel should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact financial, legal, medical or similar decisions.

Payments

When paid subscriptions are enabled, checkout and billing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Arkiel does not store payment-card details. Paddle processes information needed for payment, tax, receipts and subscription management under its own applicable privacy terms.

Control

Users may disconnect supported external services, manage their subscription from the account page, and request deletion of Arkiel data.
