Arkiel Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Arkiel is a personal intelligence software product for individual users. The commercial offer is software access, not consulting or bespoke advisory work.

Subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are enabled, Arkiel subscriptions are purchased through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and provides checkout, receipts and subscription-management surfaces. Current pricing and cancellation terms are shown before checkout.

No banking or payment service

Arkiel's commercial Early Access product does not connect to bank accounts, hold customer funds, execute payments or initiate transfers. Money features are informational planning tools based on information the user enters into Arkiel.

Availability and accuracy

Arkiel depends on third-party services and may occasionally show delayed, incomplete or unavailable data. Users should verify important scheduling, financial or other high-impact information with the original source.

AI features

AI-generated suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. Important financial, legal, medical or other high-impact decisions should not rely solely on AI output.

Termination

Users may stop using Arkiel at any time. Paid users can manage or cancel their subscription through the self-service billing portal when billing is active.
