A 12-minute reset for reconnecting commitments, projects and the week ahead.

  1. List commitments that are actually fixed.
  2. Name one outcome that would make the week meaningfully better.
  3. Find each active project with no visible next action.
  4. Remove one obligation that is no longer real.
  5. Protect one block of time for the chosen outcome.
